Payments

Payments can be made with most major credit or debit cards using the PayPal network this is secure and no credit card or personal details are saved on this site. Each item has an add to cart button, clicking on this will take you to the paypal website, or you can continue shopping for additional art. If you would like to pay by UK personal cheque or Bank Transfer, internationally or from the UK, email me I'll send you my details to enable you to complete your transaction.

Deliveries

All of my art is packaged very carefully & delivered directly to you anywhere in the world typically this can take 3-5 working days and you will be provided with a tracking number so you can track your purchase online. Medium to large items are sent via courier, for smaller items I use the Royal Mail in the UK, International delivery is always by courier.

If you wish to buy in advance and have something delivered on or around a specific date, a gift for example, I'm always happy to schedule deliveries around your needs where possible.

Insurance Import Duties & Taxes

All of my artwork will is insured whilst in transit where possible, however some couriers refuse to insure items of art, but don't worry it remains my responsibility until you have signed for it. This has never been an issue as my art is packaged very very carefully.

Once the delivery has been signed for it becomes your responsibility. Deliveries should therefore be checked on arrival for any damage before signing.

All taxes, import & customs duties and associated costs are the responsibility of the buyer. These vary from country to country and you'll find your local import and customs information on the web. The USA, Hong Kong, and EU have no import duties.

Returns

If you're not happy with your purchase return it within 10 days and you'll receive a refund. The artwork must be undamaged and in it's original state, packaged securely and insured accordingly. A refund will be given minus all packaging, shipping and insurance costs once checked.

In case you were wondering, after 4000+ sales and 17+ years exporting and delivering art the number of returns and damaged paintings is zero... and long may that continue.
