An organic autumn landscape painted in rich warm tones. The skill with these works is actually how little paint to put on the canvas rather than how much. Getting the balance right is key to the success of these paintings. I spend a lot of time walking in high places on the downs and moors and this is my representation of the colours and transient light on an autumn dawn. It reminds me of the views from the Southdowns on a quiet autumn morning.

Created using high quality materials. I use the best canvas, high quality paints and pigments and varnish everything at least twice to protect and add depth to the colours. All paintings are finished around the sides so if you choose not to frame they will still look great, and they are ready for hanging in your space straight from the box.
