Returns
If you're not happy with your purchase return it within 10 days and you'll receive a refund. The artwork must be undamaged and in it's original state, packaged securely and insured accordingly. A refund will be given minus all packaging, shipping and insurance costs.
Import Duties & Local Sales Taxes
All taxes, import & customs duties and associated costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged in Shipping
It is your responsibilty to inspect your artwork for damage upon delivery. In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged, make sure that you inform the delivery person and do not sign for the package. You may have to fill in a damage form for the shipping agent. By signing for the package you are accepting that you have inspected the artwork and that it has been delivered in sound condition.
