Payments Payments can be made by most major credit or debit cards using the PayPal network. Use my email address on the PayPal website to make a payment. I also accept UK personal cheques and international and UK Bank Transfers. If you email me I'll send you my details to enable you to send a cheque or make a transfer.
Delivery I will deliver any of my works of art directly to you anywhere in the world typically this can take 3-5 working days and you will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow your purchase.
Insurance All artwork will be insured whilst in transit. Once the delivery has been signed for it ceases to be insured by simonsgallery and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Deliveries should be checked on arrival for any damage before signing as the purchaser will be held liable for any damage after signing for the delivery.
Import Duties & Local Sales Taxes All taxes, import & customs duties and associated costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns If you're not happy with your purchase return it within 10 days and you'll receive a refund. The artwork must be undamaged and in it's original state, packaged securely and insured accordingly. A refund will be given minus all packaging, shipping and insurance costs.
